In Clinical Hypnotherapy there is no such thing as a "one - off". 
Lasting change requires commitment from you, familiarizing the brain, identifying the root cause, rewiring neuroconnections and repetition.
Most programs range from 4 to 6 sessions, some more.
Expect at least your first few appointments to be scheduled weekly.
Number of sessions will be determined during consult.
